Computer repair services for Home or Office.

We can repair any IBM compatible computers. Our labor charges for in-shop repairs are as follows:

• Maximum labor charge for hardware related repairs. $50.00 plus parts. (Parts must be purchased from Home Computers)
• Software repairs for programs or operating system. $25.00 per hour.
• Reload Windows operating system. $50.00 (customer must have operating system and license key)
• Driver research and download for missing drivers. $25.00
• Software recovery and backup from working hard-drive. $25.00 per 650 megs.
• Software recovery for deleted, formated or corrupt files. $25.00 per hour.
• Computer upgrades Maximum labor charge $50.00 plus parts. (Parts must be purchased from Home Computers)
• Update Windows operating system installing all Windows updates. $25.00

We can also do repairs in your office or home. Our labor charges for on-site repairs are as follows:

• Repair labor charge of $50.00 per hour with a $50.00 minimum charge.
• Computer pick-up service for repairs $15.00 for Hampton.
• Computer pick-up service for repairs $25.00 for Newport News.
• Computer pick-up service for repairs $50.00 for Williamsburg, Norfolk, Va-Beach.
• Computer Networking for Home or Office $50.00 per hour with a $50.00 minimum charge.

We also do Laptop repairs in-shop only. Our labor charges are as follows.

• Maximum labor charge for Laptop hardware related repairs $100.00 plus parts. (Parts must be purchased from Home Computers)
• Software repair charges are the same as standard IBM compatible in-shop charges above.
